Before a bet, you see SHA-256(server seed). After the bet, the server seed is revealed. Outcome bytes come from HMAC-SHA256(server seed, clientSeed:nonce:cursor). If the revealed seed hashes to the commitment, the house could not have changed the result after you bet.
